Hi Bedlamites,
You've received this email because you are a member
of Friends of Bedlam at www.bedlamites.co.uk
The annual FoB London party happened on May 7th in a pub in Soho,
and had about sixty attendees from across the years. There are
pictures from the party available on www.bedlamites.co.uk - thanks
to Nigel Dobinson and Richard Shelton.
There are FoB "committee meetings" (aka "drinking") in Edinburgh
and London on Tuesday June 7th (tomorrow) "after work" at
The Salisbury (London) and at 8pm at Cloisters in Edinburgh.
See www.bedlamites.co.uk for maps and directions.
In addition to attending the London party, FoB's Honorary President,
Greg Wise, appeared in an article in the recent University Alumni
magazine "Edit" plugging Bedlam and FoB.

Bedlamite Rebecca Salmon (Whiteman) writes to us about "Walk for Life",
on Sunday June 19th in London - she's looking for volunteers to help
stewarding/marshalling as the group who've helped for the last two years
are unable to do it this year:
Walk for Life is a 10km sponsored stroll through central London
for HIV and AIDS which is open to anyone at all - young, old, couples,
individuals, families and groups. Last year over 2,500 people took
part and we hope to see more feet pounding the streets this year
to hopefully have over 3,000 people walking together to raise
over £300,000 for Crusaid's work fighting HIV and AIDS.
More information can be found at www.walkforlife.co.uk and more
information about Crusaid at www.crusaid.org.uk. Crusaid exists
to make a difference to people living with and affected by HIV
and AIDS.
If you can help with stewarding (or for further info), please call
Rebecca on 020 7539 3887 or email her at rebeccas@crusaid.org.uk
Assumming the Edinburgh survives the G8 demonstrations (thanks Bob),
then the Fringe kicks off in August. If you're coming to the Fringe with
a production and would like a plug for your show on this 270-strong
email list, then please just let us know by e-mailing
info@bedlamites.co.uk
Please pass on the address www.bedlamites.co.uk to any bedlamites
you're aware of who aren't yet signed up to the site. Thanks !
Cheers,
The FoB committee
